- Product development:
We develop completely new products of your own upon request. We incorporate your individual wishes and our knowledge in the developing of your product.
- Procurement:
We could either process with your prepared raw materials or we could provide these raw materials. We emphasis on carefully selected raw materials and qualitative packaging materials.
- Production:
Our diversified production offer of bulk ware includes that of creams, milk, concentrates, lotions and gels. We manufacture also lipsticks, rouge, eye-shadows, compact powders etc. Our machines are capable of producing bulk ware of 100 to 2,000 kg.
- Filling and packaging:
The filling of your bulk ware can take place in different packaging means. You can select between tubes, crucibles, glass-ampoules, bottles or other vessels. The subsequent packaging comes after your individual wishes in folding boxes or other packages. In case of extraordinary packaged small-series we also can offer you our hand-package-service.
- Quality assurance:
GMP conformable quality assurance for products receipts. A permanent "in house process control" guarantees quality of a top most level. Of course, we also use microbiological assays to maintain the high quality.
- Documentation:
Documentation of the manufactured products is security evaluated. Furhter documents, for example toxicological certificates are also enclosed in our delivery.
- Service and support:
