Like a biography, it reflects positive as well negative experiences and bear witness from our mental and physical well-being consequently. Therefore there are not individual components, that bring the healthy base of the skin to wobbling, but the interaction of many factors from the past and present. 

An extensive analysis of all these primary causes are very important for the correct composing of an individual skin care program. Therefore it is very important, that you fill out all points of our below-mentioned skin diagnosis form as exactly as possible. Only in this way we can compose an individual care program for your skin, that will change your skin grain positively. Of course, we strictly will keep all your personal statements in confidence. 

Please keep in mind, that we have to calculate a fee at a value of EUR 25.00 (inclusive VAT) for the making of your personal skin diagnosis. For this amount, that covers only a small part of our own making costs, you will get a separate invoice. 

After collection of your invoice amout you will get the result of your personal skin diagnosis inclusive some recommended samples and a brochure with further product information. Furthermore you will get an e-mail with your personal login data for our online shop. However please consider, that the analysis of your skin diagnosis can take up to two weeks. 

With distribution of your personal skin diagnosis you will get further sources of supply, where you can buy our products. Thus you have the possibility of purchasing our products via a cosmetic institute of your choice or via our online shop. 

However the fee, that we have calculated for your skin diagnosis first, will be credited to your invoice at the first purchase of our products. A condition for this is, that the total sum of your purchased goods amounts at least EUR 50.00 (inclusive VAT) and the purchase of the products has been made via our online shop with your personal login data!
